Civil Procedure

The National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE), the organization that writes the MBE, added Civil Procedure to the MBE beginning in February 2015. Having only been tested a couple of times, there hasn't been a large consensus on how it appears on the MBE. Many seem to find that Civil Procedure questions focus heavily on post-trial issues. The good news is that many also find that Civ Pro questions have not been too difficult.
