Activating the Critical Pass App

Thank you for your order! See instructions below to access your digital Critical Pass account.

Web access — Please follow the instructions in your order confirmation email to activate your account using your Order ID and order information.

Amazon orders — Please sign up for your account using your Amazon Order ID and order information. 

Mobile access — Download the Critical Pass app from the App Store or the Google Play Store. Once downloaded, tap "more" and then use the "sign in with your purchase email" option.

Limitations: Purchases from 3rd-party sellers are not eligible for access. Content may be accessed from multiple devices, but only one device may be used at one time.
