Activating the Critical Pass App

Thanks for your order. Your free app access is included for one year from the date of your purchase.

Account activation — please check your email for a custom link to set up your app account. If you did not receive a link or ordered from Amazon, please contact us (support@criticalpass.com) with your order number or Amazon Order ID.

Mobile access — download the Critical Pass app from the App Store (Apple devices) or Google Play (Android) on to your mobile device or tablet. Once downloaded, tap "more" and then use the "sign in with your purchase email" option.

Web access — login at web.criticalpass.com using your account email and password. Note — this is a brand new feature we're working on and it's still a little buggy. If you have any issues, you may need to validate your account if you’ve already set up your app account.

Amazon orders — please sign up for your account using your Amazon Order ID and order information. 

• Multiple Amazon orders — if you purchases more than one product from Amazon, you can register with one of your Amazon Order IDs. Once logged in, go to "settings" and use the "Sync" option to register your additional purchase.

Limitations: Purchases from 3rd-party sellers are not eligible for access. Content may be accessed from multiple devices, but only one device may be used at one time.
